Genting Casino Cromwell Road’s history started back in the 1960s when it was known as the ’45 Club. It was then taken over by Grosvenor and was famously known as the Cromwell Mint for thirty plus years. Genting then stepped in and bought the casino and completely refurbished the property, rebranding the casino to Forty Five Kensington, before settling on the name Genting Casino Cromwell Road. Based in the heart of Kensington across the road from the South Kensington Museums, such as the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Science Museum, the casino is perfectly located for an evening of gaming after a day of exploring the sights of London.
An Upgraded Gaming Area
The work carried out by GF Holding was immense, seeing the size of the electronic gaming area increased in order to make room for more electronic gaming tables. Yet it was the gaming floor itself that underwent the biggest chance, with a 14-week construction programme allowing for state of the art gaming to be brought to the fore. It is a stylish and impressive location for all of your gambling needs, with the decor being impressive and the tables offering all of your favourite games. The likes of baccarat, roulette and blackjack sit centre stage, with the E-Lounge offering a wealth of digital screens for you to choose from.
A New-Look Queensberry Room
For those of you that enjoy indulging in a bit of high-stakes gambling, the new Queensberry Room presents a chance to do so in a world-class environment. The feel here is relaxed and yet luxurious, feeling like a haven away from the main floor that can sometimes seem busy and loud. If you’re wanting to take your gaming experience to the next level and test your skill against some of the best in the business, the Queensberry Room is the place to go. Of course, the fact that it is a high-stakes arena means that it isn’t open to everyone, so don’t be disappointed if you’re unable to meet the requirements to make it inside.
A Top-Class Bar & Restaurant
It goes without saying that the vast majority of people making their way to Genting Casino Cromwell Road will be doing so in order to place a few bets and enjoy some gambling in luscious surroundings. Whilst there, though, there will also be the temptation to head to the bar and restaurant on-site – and with good reason. The bar promises a selection of fine wines and an excellent array of cocktails, whilst the restaurant promises some truly fantastic options to satisfy every appetite.
