Horizons Casino

Horizons Casino London
Queens House, 1 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7RN

Formerly the Napoleons Casino Leicester Square, Horizons Casino has a big advantage over the majority of casinos in London, which is its location. It is independently owned, which means that it stands out alongside casinos that are part of chains such as Grosvenor Casinos. Of course, the fact that it is in Leicester Square means that it is never going to be a place that caters to the more exclusive crowd, instead being something of an all-welcome venue that can get quite busy if you head there are the wrong time. That means that it doesn’t offer the same level of interest as some other casinos you can read to in the capital.

A Busy Gaming Floor

Whilst most of the other casinos in London know that they need to offer something special in order to attract a crowd in a busy marketplace, the same is not true of Horizons Casino. That doesn’t mean that it hasn’t got plenty of interesting things to interest customers, though. With 14 tables on the gaming floor offering the likes of American roulette, three-card poker and Punto Banco, you’re unlikely to be disappointed if you choose to heard here for a flutter. Add in the likes of blackjack and slot machines and you can see that there will almost certainly be something that you’ll want to play during your time at the venue.

A Restaurant with Plenty on Offer

If you decide to head to the restaurant at the Horizons Casino then you’re going to be faced with a choice of menu. Option one sees food ‘From the West’, whilst option two presents you with choices ‘From the East’. It is designed to cater to all tastes, so you don’t need to be worried about not enjoying what’s on offer. The restaurant itself looks out over the main floor, so you can get a sense of what people are up to with their betting whilst you have a bite to eat. There are food options available throughout the day, so if you’re looking to get a bit of lunch then you’ll be just as well catered for as if you were going for dinner.

A Mildly Bland Experience

The poker lovers amongst you will be disappointed to learn that there is no poker room here, instead seeing your play limited to three-card poker. That might be good enough for some, but there will be plenty who are disappointed that they can’t get involved in a cash game or a tournament of any sort. In truth, it is an experience that tends to sum up everything that you can expect from Horizons Casino. It isn’t so bad as to mean that you should avoid heading to it, but it also isn’t good enough to mean that you’ll be telling others about it and desperate to return. It is a casino in the heart of London, knowing that it is going to get plenty of trade regardless.
